As a devoted wife, daughter-in-law, and mother, my journey has been filled with numerous challenges that have shaped who I am today. Throughout my life, I sought a better mindset and a healthier body. With a foundation in yoga from my school days, I rediscovered its profound benefits after many years.
This transformative experience reignited my passion, leading me to dig more and get more deep knowledge. Each year brings new insights and lessons, reinforcing my belief that learning is a lifelong journey. I embrace this philosophy wholeheartedly: when we stop learning, we stop living.

Philosophy:

I believe in the transformative power of yoga. I encourage my students to cultivate self-awareness and compassion both on and off the mat. classes often incorporate meditation and philosophy to deepen the practice.

Teaching Style

I combine elements of hatha and therapeutic yoga, focusing on breath awareness and alignment. Our classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, encouraging students to explore their own practice at their own pace.

Experience

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have led numerous workshops and classes emphasizing mindfulness, stress relief, and physical well-being. I have worked with a diverse range of students, including beginners and advanced practitioners.

Hobbies

When I am not teaching, I enjoy dancing, hiking, cycling, reading spiritual books and exploring new cultures through travel.
